Due to these items being printed or embroidered on demand, we can only accept returns if they are faulty or arrive damaged in the post. We will replace the item or refund the full price excluding post and packing. We are unable to process phone orders.

We source our products from a number of different manufacturers who have different delivery times so your order may come in more than one delivery. P&P is shown for each product separately however the maximum you will ever pay on any order regardless of how many items you purchase would be £3.50.
